Your data and how to delete it

Paintory has no user accounts, so there is no account to delete. Here is how to remove the data that exists.

1. Data on your device

Your progress, coins and settings live only on your phone. Uninstall the game to delete them. If your phone backs up apps (iCloud, Android backup), delete the Paintory backup there as well.

2. Advertising data

In the game: Settings > Privacy options to withdraw consent for personalised ads.
iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, turn off for Paintory.
Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID (or Reset).

After a reset, data previously collected under the old ID can no longer be linked to your device.

3. Analytics and crash data

This data is tied to a random app installation ID, not to you. To ask for its deletion, email support@gamestudiocompany.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include the Player ID shown in Settings > About. We forward the request to Google Firebase and RevenueCat and confirm within 30 days. Analytics data is in any case deleted automatically after [14] months.

4. Purchases

Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat for as long as needed to restore purchases and as required by tax law; they cannot be deleted earlier.
